From Outlaws to Marucci Prospects Alabama: A New Chapter in North Alabama Baseball
Big things are happening for youth baseball in North Alabama — and we’re excited to officially announce that Outlaws Baseball Club is now Marucci Prospects Alabama!
While the name may be changing, our mission remains the same: to develop strong athletes and even stronger young men through high-level baseball, character-building, and a love for the game. Our transition to the Marucci Prospects family opens the door to new opportunities, greater resources, and a nationally respected program — all while staying true to the local values and leadership that made us who we are.
So, what does this mean for our players and families?
➡️ Two Seasons, One Commitment When you try out and make a Marucci Prospects Alabama team, you’re joining both a fall and spring season.
Fall is focused on player development, fundamentals, and growth, with potential for a few tournaments.
Spring brings tournament play and structured practices to put that growth into action.
This year-round format allows for consistent progress and a well-rounded baseball experience — giving players the tools they need to succeed at the next level.
➡️ Still Local. Still Us. Though our name and logo are new, our coaching staff, values, and commitment to our athletes remain unchanged. We are still proudly based in Boaz, Alabama, and we are still led by the same dedicated coaches and families who helped build this program from the ground up.
➡️ Why Marucci? Marucci is one of the most trusted brands in baseball. Their Prospects program connects us to a larger network of competitive teams and elite development standards — helping us open more doors for our players while staying true to who we are.
We’re not just growing — we’re evolving.
Whether you’ve been part of the journey since the Outlaws days or are just learning about us now, we invite you to be part of something special. Come see what makes Marucci Prospects Alabama more than just another travel ball program — it’s a baseball family with a mission.
